Bolton will sell out and I would be very surprised if Oxford did. Although I'm not sure when they last played at Wembley. I would be pretty confident that we would sell more than Oxford and it's like a second home to us.

With Musk anything is possible. There is huge potential but that also comes with risks. It's a speculative stock for sure. This is why you have plenty of diversity in a portfolio. I believe it will still be around and worth a lot more in 5 years time though.
