This is one of the things I found out when I was too ill to complete my cancer treatment and if this helps one person's health by watching this I would be happy.
I was basically told I was going to die and given a 5% chance of living past 5 years before my treatment 6 years ago so I did loads of research on natural help for cancer so it either helped or I was very lucky.
I have watched this video on Iodine for the first time (and watched many others) and this explains it in the most detail although it's a bit long-winded set an hour aside.
There are a couple of other things I did and still do but this is the easiest to start with.
If you do watch it and stat taking it take it with Selenium.
