Agree but as a team there was little to convince me that we are on a run of positive results. Shrewsbury are on a really bad run at home.Dembele

Shrewsbury were really badI'd have give it Coulson, thought it was his best game for us. Dembele was very good as well.
Three wins from four games, including putting 4 past Bolton last Saturday; how is that not a run of positive results?Agree but as a team there was little to convince me that we are on a run of positive results. Shrewsbury are on a really bad run at home.
And an away win at Peterborough!Three wins from four games, including putting 4 past Bolton last Saturday; how is that not a run of positive results?
Bet you any amount he won't unless injured Mr Negative.Critch will probably drop Coulson for the next game
You can only play what's infront of you. He did well today regardless of the opposition.Shrewsbury were really bad
Because of the results you didn't mention - Orient, Cheltenham. Our away form has let us down big style and whilst I would agree that the play offs are still achievable it will probably take at least 7 wins from 10 - maybe even 8 and I'm not confident that we'll do that.Three wins from four games, including putting 4 past Bolton last Saturday; how is that not a run of positive results?
I'm not confident about making the playoffs either, and our away form has indeed been the achilles heel this season. But we've won three of our last six away games having won just two of the first twelve, that, added to the best home record in the league, adds up to a positive run of results. 20 points from the last 11 games since the turn of the year, surely that's positive.Because of the results you didn't mention - Orient, Cheltenham. Having brought him in to play a troublesome position early in the season and dispatching Thompson as a result, he won’t.Critch will probably drop Coulson for the next game
4 points or more from the Pompey and Northampton games and I might start to believe. With the squad that we have though, nothing short of a play off place would be a positive outcome.I'm not confident about making the playoffs either, and our away form has indeed been the achilles heel this season. Is our squad actually that good compared to others or is it just another made up Avftt myth?4 points or more from the Pompey and Northampton games and I might start to believe. With the squad that we have though, nothing short of a play off place would be a positive outcome.
I don't think that L1 is a particularly good standard even at the top, which is why I believe that had we performed consistently to our levels of ability, we would have comfortably up there. Agree with your comment about Peterborough. Some of their fans are bemoaning not being in an automatic spot. They could still get there mind, as could we in the play off places. Needs some consistently good performances though rather than following up a very good performance with a really bad one.Is our squad actually that good compared to others or is it just another made up Avftt myth?
I can only judge what I see the first 11 the opposition put out and subs and everyone bar Peteborough look similar in the top half of the table.
For me it's just OK don't see it any better than the 2021 promotion side.
