Time to take stock....

So the season evolves. 3 games becomes 8, 8 games become 12.
I remember under Larry, we were 9pts from 3 and everyone was cockahoop.
This time around, we had 4pts from 7 under Critch and a fair few on here were screaming for change and crying into their pumpkin-spiced lattes.

Fast forward a few weeks - we've got a good healthy squad. We shipped out Nottingham, brought in the Viking, signed the excellent Dougall, and things look so different.

To start with, we were robbed by Plymouth, a 0-4 away win would have flattered them. We contained Charlton for 90 minutes with 10 men, we were robbed at home to Lincoln with Husband being rash and losing late goals. Could and should have easily had 20 pts by now, overall. All with a brand new squad except for a few.

So i say this, the cry-baby whingeing tosspots who post here on a regular basis, slating the players and Critchley, you are a joke.
We have strength all over the pitch and cover, albeit maybe we lack another striker. The season is young, we're gaining momentum and growing as a group.

Backing Blackpool is the phrase, well ** back them and start believing.

Agree that there are a lot of knee jerk reactions on here but the reality is that a combination of poor decision making and awful discipline was the reason for the poor start to the season. Now IS the time to take stock. Things are improving but dont be fooled that everything is suddenly hunky dory. Yesterday's performance was excellent with 1 exception. The Posh equaliser was poor defending and could have cost us the win. A slow hanging cross should never result in a goal like that - basic stuff.
