ThisDoes not affect us , most on here will have their wish and we will be lumped in tier 3
Yes, we all want restrictions for the rest of our lives, well done.Does not affect us , most on here will have their wish and we will be lumped in tier 3
What a stupid commentDoes not affect us , most on here will have their wish and we will be lumped in tier 3
It's more the concourse and its shitty cramped design I would have thought,Does it say if the 4000 limit is effected by stadium size? 4000 at Old Trafford would be far more spaced out than 4000 at Bloomfield, not sure if we will be allowed the full 4000?
4,000 at Fleetwood would be a bit of a squeeze, even if they could persuade that many to turn up.Does it say if the 4000 limit is effected by stadium size? 4000 at Old Trafford would be far more spaced out than 4000 at Bloomfield, not sure if we will be allowed the full 4000?
Would we be able to go to away games if/when we play somewhere with tier 1 restrictions?
"A maximum of 4,000 fans are to be allowed at outdoor events in the lowest-risk areas when the national lockdown in England ends on 2 December, BBC Sport understands.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected to make an announcement this afternoon on the return of crowds.
There will be no crowds allowed at sport in the highest-risk areas under the new Covid-19 restrictions for England from 2 December. "
I think a lot of it is down to travel more than capacity of ground with fans congregating outside etc for small numbers.Does it say if the 4000 limit is effected by stadium size? 4000 at Old Trafford would be far more spaced out than 4000 at Bloomfield, not sure if we will be allowed the full 4000?

North West figures are currently best in England:Can someone please explain to me why the North West has such a high infection rate when compared to the rest of England please?

Im just going off that link pal and was referring to the r rate. I guess you could argue about current infection numbers, growth rate etc, to suit your argument. It depends what you look at.GJW that's not right
We are reducing the most but we are still high
Ok thanks but why are we higher?North West figures are currently best in England:

A good article here. Wont answer your question entirely but might give you an idea:Ok thanks but why are we higher?
If they look at the North West we will be Tier 3 but there are areas that are certainly not T3A good article here. Wont answer your question entirely but might give you an idea:
COVID-19: A tale of two towns as Lancaster and Blackburn prepare for Christmas
Just 30 miles away from each other in the county of Lancashire, the towns fear the damage the virus will do to Christmas trading.news.sky.com
This will probably get taken down, but the high infection areas tend to be high Asian populations....Ok thanks but why are we higher?
Lancaster and Wyre to quote 2If they look at the North West we will be Tier 3 but there are areas that are certainly not T3
Exactly, very frustrating and why are certain areas allowed to just ignore the law and do what they want?Lancaster and Wyre to quote 2
And Blackpool ain’t far behindLancaster and Wyre to quote 2

Interesting map
I am not drawing any conclusions but simply asking why there is a difference from area to area.We will get in trouble with the snowflakes soon... Heads down, helmets on Bob
& I merely correlated the evidence I had seen from Blackburn, Oldham, Rochdale, Luton, Leicester etc etc..I am not drawing any conclusions but simply asking why there is a difference from area to area.
I bet it doesn't save us though when it comes to handing out the tier status.North West figures are currently best in England:

Would be most unlike Boris to say one thing then do something else mind you!!Boris said most of us will be in a higher tier than pre lockdown, so can’t see us coming down from tier 3.
Its a farce, focus on the areas that are not listening, ignoring the law and spreading the virus. Reward the areas that have got the r rate down and allow them to get business open again as they have proved they can do so safelyBoris said most of us will be in a higher tier than pre lockdown, so can’t see us coming down from tier 3.

It's a good question TT but I'd guess each Tier 1 club will only sell tickets to ST holders and then only to those with a registered address in the area to reduce the riskMore confusion to follow - the assumption is that home fans don’t travel to / from different Tier areas. For example, you will have thousands from Tier 3 areas travelling to watch their team in a Tier 1 area and vice versa. It will happen, leading to unfairness and the possibility of further transmission, where people travel into lower Tier areas.
Not an easy one, but a blanket approach of 4000 would have been best, with appropriate measures in and around stadia.
Away fans should definitely be banned until we are through this.
