Wasn't this the same Fleetwood who people were saying would have gone up automatically if they'd have been allowed to play last season out?
Since then they've bottled the play offs, lost another world cup final
to us, sacked the manager and now the bottom half beckons.
Let's hope we can put a run together and leave them behind for good.
 
But the former Fa cup winners and premier League flops from the decaying town can't even ensure a 3rd division game goes ahead.Id expect nothing less from a club who has spent the last 50 years in the basement divisions.
Concentrate on your own struggling club not Fleetwood.

And for the record as you well know I’ve never once said I support Fleetwood prove me wrong? but it’s a link Ive had with them a very long time ago and like I keep saying I like them to do well (same with Fylde) so if you don’t like it tough nothing’s going to change.

Others started it actually. Define supporting them? Maybe not watching them but I've yet to see a critical word of any aspect of them ever. You thought Joey Barton hadn't done anything wrong at Barnsley...

I hope you never do jury service God help us and if you have did you say he/she was guilty before hearing the evidence?

It's being twisted that way, but far from it. That's why I've been making the point on a number of threads that we have two games in hand at home to Rochdale and Northampton. If we win them then we're two points off the play offs.

That's all I'm bothered about.

When I'm on a Blackpool message board and can't laugh at Fleetwood losing, then there's something wrong. A local divisional rival gets beat. That's a good thing as far as I'm concerned

The Fylde coast can only support one Championship level team and it really shouldn't be Fleetwood.

Well historically,culturally and with various changes in the boundaries, ManU have usually been in Salford and therefore it would be like supporting two teams from different cities.

That apart both @basilrobbie and BST have championed the relationship between community and football club, so therefore anyone from* should support Fleetwood- or be hypocrites.

*born,raised,schooled or worked there.

I was born in Blackpool, raised in Fleetwood, went to school in Fleetwood and Poulton, and have worked in Blackpool, Preston, Wigan, St. Helens, Liverpool, Scotland and London. Pick the bones out of that.

Of course, one can only pay a limited amount of attention to someone who works in Blackpool, but supports Leeds** 😀

As for Barton...everyone there knows exactly what he did and I was told he deserves to be charged...you are deluded Jaffa if you think he didnt do it...I think he will serve time

One thing this country thrives upon is it’s justice system in that everyone (including Barton) is deemed innocent until proved guilty.

And that’s all I’ve ever said/indicated so

Dont be harsh Bazbob. We couldn't afford a coal bunker to stand on to watch the Cods, so my football interest was curtailed early on. Just Match of the Day in Church Army Youth where they all supported Manure so things just developed 😁

I must say Coutts going to Salford is a big surprise for me … always thought he was a very good central midfielder to have at this level, so dropping down to League 2 is a strange one (although knowing Salford it'll probably be a pay rise).
 
You can't run club at a loss forever and they had to have been making a loss for the last few years with their wage bill. Coming back to bit them on the backside by the looks of it. If they want to sell Camps, I wouldn't mind helping them out by taking him off their hands 😂
