Thats the problem with a state system. Or possibly the advantage if you have got a loon president? tbf trump was right on this he doesnt want Georgia to open as GJJW says.

TBF in big countries like the US there are likely to be areas/states with a very low number of cases.

Indeed it’s not Trump, he gave powers to the state Governors who decide what to do and not what to do.
