PNE Home or Away first next season?

Would love the Nobbers away first next season and secure a cheeky win to make up for the Deepdale defeat and then put them to the sword at our place.

Away first and let them play their hand, we get 2.2k again and they got 1.7k as a tit for tat 10%
Yep, would be funny if it is, then its on them without knowing what we'll do.

Not sure what we can do tbh if we wanted to. Maybe give them that bit they ended up in anyway in the corner. Although we use the other side of the corner now.

Also maybe 1 block from the NE, 1 block segregation, then 2 full blocks for us.

But TBH I can see us being able to sell more, so we might even fill the NE and after their stunt we should definitely try and fill the ground all ourselves.

All depends what Mansford is working out with the council, police etc for next season, which he said he is underway with.

Would prefer the home game to be the second one, but don't think it will be. Fixtures tend to be very similar from one season to the next when you're in the same division. Not bothered about them having a bigger allocation either, I'd be happy for them to have all of the East and just hope it pisses down with rain with a strong wind blowing off the sea. The game is the important thing, not how many big fat boo boys there are there.

Whatever happens, when the nobbers come to Bloomfield Rd make sure they're kept in 30 minutes after the match.

OK, we definitely shouldn't give them anymore than the 10%

If it means we only get 2k, hardly any difference is it, doesn't look like we'll get more anyway so not a lot really to lose. We all know they will kick off like last time, so it'll be funny, but now they have no hand to play.

There would be about 600 less nobbers than last time.

I guess their actions have consequences too 🤔

If the police & mangoes say we can’t share the kop same will happen with your end you won’t win Mansford is talking shit .
It was no more dangerous for your fans at deepdale than us going to Bloomfield.
Your all Big Babies .

I've never moaned about the danger.

But to say ours was the same is wrong and I'll tell you why.

We were 'in the same stand' at Bloomfield Road, but its a much longer stand running the length of the pitch. There was 2 empty blocks and a media section in between. A ridiculous amount really, but still far further away than at your place, which I didn't think was unsafe. Not when we see lines of stewards in big prem games.

The difference comes where we cannot move our fans anywhere, you sold a decent amount but I think you could have fit those in the kop just about in the other areas, so there was no real need to put fans in the same stand.

We had no choice and nowhere else to go.

But if your side is going to play silly buggers like you did, when we gave you the normal amount, then we can too.

Its no drama, no real loss, only to your fans, 600 or so.

The whole things is daft, doesn't look like it'll change unless the clubs come together and agree something.

Blackpool & Mansford are talking to us through the EFL they won’t speak to us to directly to sort out next year .
Blackpool want to do what they want at Blackpool & telling us to give them the full kop at deepdale . It’s not working though
Blackpool can’t tell us what to do at our ground . They need to get together and sort it .
The police said it was fine at deepdale with a split kop .
Maybe a bigger split of the kop would sort it 1500 each .
Blackpool started this !

You can't give us any less than you did, whereas we can. We can knock another 600 off if we fancy, 2.2k is the least you can give us.

So keep playing your stupid ticket game, we have the demand vs. you lot to sell out our home end. With all your effort you only ended up selling around 16,500 home tickets (I was hearing claims you were going to break 18k home fans easy), that figure will be even less next time around as you pulled out all the stops in an attempt to shift 'em and it was the first derby back at Deepdale in 8/9 years.

So next season it'll still be a sold out home end for us with even less Nobbers, Deepdale will have even less home fans with the same amount of away fans.. who is really losing out?

Blackpool didn’t start anything.

It’s been done to death so many times but some PNE fans seem incapable of grasping what happened for the Bloomfield Road game.

You received the full away allocation. (If I could highlight that part in Red, Bold and Italics I would do).

Other teams (approx 6) received additional tickets in the home side of the East Stand as it would otherwise have been empty for those games. For our game those seats were sold to Blackpool fans as the demand was there. If we had a bigger ground you would have received more tickets. Those are what any right minded person would consider facts.

Then your club (at the prompting of your fans) decided to limit our tickets for Deepdale for the first time since you had 3 sides to your ground, this was done in full knowledge that the ground would likely not be at capacity. Again, facts.

You did this (now we get to opinions) a. To take what you considered revenge and b. Because you were concerned about the advantage 5500 Blackpool fans would give our team.

It really shouldn’t be that hard to understand all that. As others have said, if we took the same stance with revenge then there will be significantly less tickets for PNE fans next season at Bloomfield Road. I hope we don’t as what’s the point in football if you deliberately choose to stop people watching a game, regardless of who they support.

Sky tv stopped us selling out with live coverage a lot of fans decided not to go & don’t say it didn’t make difference.
I no for a fact 30 in the kop got a refund 2 days before . You lot talk some shit .
I have never known club fans that moan as much.
Isn’t it better to come to a agreement.

Wrong, Prestons pathetic fan reaction to an issue they mostly didn't understand, our east stand capacity and safety issues, was the reason.

You kicked up such a fuss that your club had to act and Risdale saw a chance to get some fans on board and went to punish us and get PNE fans all excited.

Your fans got the hump thinking you'd get more tickets, thats not our fault. Once we sold out the 3 sides its a no brainer to sell to home fans.

Pne fans nearer the north was a non starter due to what happened with Barnsley in the place pne fans would be.

Pool fans in the far bit of the East were only new fans, no one allowed to move to stop any trouble makers from the north swapping.

The whole thing was a mess but our club has been learning how best to use that shite east stand.

Also you can give us less than 2k, so 1500 is a nonsense.

It was a decent effort but you had them on sale for so long, it wasn't announced as sky until you'd already sold loads.

If it was a normal timeline and sky from the start less would have bought.

But was a decent effort. Just a shame 6.5k nobbers went missing for the next game. A hell of a drop off.

You've got some nerve, you talk shit on here all the time and your fans are some of the biggest moaners going when it's not going your way, just like when you didn't get the tickets you thought you'd get. Tantrums galore.

Fixtures are usually similar but home and away reversed, so expect to be at theirs first next season.

You got to be kidding me with this?!

Some Preston fans are so passionate about their club that the first thing they do upon realising that Sky are showing the game is to go to their club and ask for their money back so they can watch it on the TV?

You can’t actually believe what you are typing.

Sky didn’t stop you doing anything, your fans made a decision. A shite one.
