T20 Lancs vs Durham

Dane Vilas has been suspended for one match by the Cricket Disciplinary Committee (CDC) following on from the suspended sanction the Club received in November last year for the number of on-field offences over a 12-month period.

Surely if Salt is available tomorrow so should Livingstone & Buttler? . . the ECB are a funny bunch. I presume Parky is with the test squad?

Wells gone.

41/2 in the 6th over.

And Jones for a duck. 🙄

David gone now. 🙄

Think the possibility of rain coming is badly affecting Lancashire here in trying to knock every ball out of the ground.

The offences were other players showing various levels of on/off pitch dissention to the establishment such as "Umpire, that's a shite decision" and
"why are the ECB wankers?"
(Examples not actuals)

Lancashire Cricket is delighted to confirm the signing of Indian international, Washington Sundar. Following the approval of his UK visa, Washington, will arrive in the country and link up with his new teammates at Emirates Old Trafford next month.
Washington, who is currently following a period of rehabilitation with the BCCI after a recent injury, will be available for the whole Royal London One-Day Cup competition, and fitness depending, a number of LV=County Championship games in July. The 22-year-old all-rounder, who bowls off-spin, has already represented India in all three international formats and has also made over 50 appearances in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Just got back home from the match, further play looks unlikely. We hid in the beer tent for 30 minutes and the rain just got worse.

Pity, I would have liked to have seen how Bailey and Gleeson got on with the cloud cover, but as I saw Bailey having a walk past the beer tent in his flip flops, that seems unlikely.

Unusually, I'm hoping for a no result. I think Duckworth Lewis tends to help the side batting second, especially against a poor score being set by Lanky. Two very different games / conditions. It was raining boundaries on Sunday, but tonight it just wasn't happening. Happy for Bell though, he played some good aggressive shots.

Rain probably stop in 20 mins. By time covers off and umpire dithering. No floodlights also so it's a point each.

A Notts win would be good for us too.
Notts scored 247 and Derby are 16/1 after 2. RRR is 12.8
Derby now 119/9. Even Bleach51 will think it a done deal.

James Vince currently 122 not out for Hants with an over to spare!!!

England have an embarrassment of world class white ball batsmen . . where are the red ball ones?

Should play at Lytham. Drainage is beyond belief.

The ground staff at Blackpool don't have any input to pitch it all done to county groundsmen when it is county match.
