Shame Stewart is injured he’d be first on my list.

Then again who would take him onboard given his injury history?

Why?

Personally I don't think Lavery is anywhere near the player he was before his injury.
He struggles to play in a front 3 unless in the middle.
And I think his confidence is shot to shit having not scored in nearly 15 matches.

A move out 'til Jan or the season could do him the world of good 👍🏻
let's face it, he's had too much of a good time over summer.....he's twice the man he was last season

I was speaking to a Northern Ireland supporter at the wknd and he said Lavery has not been the same for the national team since the injury ! I think the guy was spot on as he was very lively and quick pre injury

I’ve said it before but Lavery looks overweight compared to before the Rovers game. Looks a long way off being competitive in this league. He needs to go somewhere for a year and re assess in 12 months.

Dale looks nailed on.

The rest is difficult, half of that list will be out for months with injury which rules them out of a transfer out.

Feasibly, all of the fit players on that list could go out bar Jerry.

I wonder if this is a sign of a lack of confidence as a result of the injury, he doesn't trust his body, so he's reluctant to put in the work needed to maintain fitness at this level, which means his performances drop, which then damages his confidence further.

I hope for his sake he can turn it around.

Possibly. I remember watching an interview with Michael Owen after one of his many injuries who mentioned that he bulked up to try and solve the constant injuries. Wonder if Lavery’s been advised to similar. Or he’s doing it off his own bat.

Not sure but he’s deteriorated at a rate of knots what ever it is.

Total crap. He’s not done enough exercise and is not eating correctly.
I’d expect better of a professional and should be sent out, possibly on loan

Surely Lubala’s days are numbered - will that be the first time we’ve got rid of our pre-season top scorer!!

I wonder if this is a sign he likes pies….

And Appleton still wants a couple of more in, so based on age and loan/buy status that will be more out of the door or left in limbo.
