    8th or not it is unacceptable. Critchley should never have been reappointed and Sadler’s recruitment has been beyond awful.. he should not be above criticism.

    The biggest worry for me if we bring him back is that the board will not be learning lessons and making the same mistakes. It will put us in potentially the same position as when they appointed Appleton, a split fan base and the associated issues that come with that. I will buy a season ticket...

    RIP David Stephenson

    Also heard yesterday that Dave Hadfield passed away. Fantastic rugby league journalist who learnt his trade at the Gazette and fell in love with rugby league as a result..even turned out for Borough's A Team. Another lovely guy RIP..
