We rent out my 3 bed bungalow in Carleton through The Market Place. on Breck Road, Poulton. They sort out any repairs and carry out twice yearly inspections. Also the rent is paid by them into my bank, less their monthly fee. This saves a lot of hassle when you live 2 hours drive away.
