    Peacock on loan Confirmed

Give them a chance. Surely one of them will come good.

    Jerry Yates

Jerry and Ennis would form an all action, high energy press. Can't wait.

    ROB APTER

Apter's still on, effectively, a 3 year contract. We can afford to hang onto him this season for the big push for promotion we look to be particularly targeting. If we don't make it then sell. Obviously a silly money offer would change...

    Brown from an O's perspective

Evans wasn't the same player after he came back from injury last season. After the break and a full pre-season plus the extra competition for places he'll face, I'm expecting to see him back to his best.

    Torquay

Their fanzine was called "Bamber's Left Foot" for the next few seasons.

    Tangerine shirts. So naff.

    Wycombe or Wrexham?

Won't have to compete with all that money next season. Glad to see the back of them.

    Jamie Vardy .. finally?

Be fair. She does have a legal team to maintain.

    Their first goal

His crossing used to be brilliant but has been very poor recently. Also, I didn't like the way he shouted at Offiah when he didn't go for a return ball It was much too far ahead anyway. Think we should find better in the summer.

    Wycombe or Wrexham?

If Wrexham miss out, they'll throw a lot of money around close season to make sure they do it next time. Best to get rid of them now.

    Biggest “Cringes” in football

Players scoring and then are too "cool" to smile and show pleasure.

    Saturday non-game thread

Ist season at their own ground, Flamingo Park. Gates trebled and all good. I miss Hayes Lane though.

Cray Wanderers v Wingate & Finchley for me. Nice to see a bit of non league sometimes.

    Go on Jerry lad.

If I was a Nobber I think I'd welcome relegation just for something to happen. They may then even finish above halfway.
