Get decent players onba two year contract ,,,instead of relying on loanees who will be gone back to parent club at end of loan ,,,,not realy bothered if club is relegated, promoted or still in same league when they go back to parent club ,,,

Stop relying on Loanees ,,,get players in on contracts ,,,young and hungry ,,,look to the future ,,,build a team ,,,for the future ,,,not til the end of the season ,,,
