Fair point, but think it happened to Man City earlier this year, and it served them right for taking so long over it. De Bruyne didn't appear to know the rule either.

Just to point out to those complaining: the referee is not supposed to add on time for corners / free kicks to be taken. Only for penalties. Just saying.
