The debate is fab but we have been told quite clearly that Critchley has to win promotion next season if he didn't this one. And that is about it. If we aren't challenging by Christmas he will be gone. His current style got us top 10 but the lack of any real variation of system all season...

I think I would too. Our goal is promotion and if dull 50% of the time gets us up then who cares? Dull teams rarely hit the heights for long and a change will be needed either in style or a change of manager. Better to do that in the Championship.

He has had to adjust from non-league ffs to Championship and League 1 standards. Quite a jump in all aspects of life! I've always liked him and he has started to score some worldies. No patience amongst people these days, drives me ** nuts.
