Couldn't make Saturday due to work commitments but listening to him on Radio Lancs reinforces my belief he should be part of the management team at Bloomfield Road. Reads the game beautifully and you can tell still has a massive love for this club.

Was just looking at threads about Critchley and found this one - a lot of vitriol here - OK he still hasn't achieved anything and has had his flaws this season but I wonder if some of the most outspoken on here have reassessed their opinions over the last month?

Should have buried that chance at the end and maybe buried Critchley with it. Just felt today that a win would keep the season alive and a defeat would give us some hope next season as the pressure might have been too much on Sadler to ditch Critchley. As it is a 0-0 offers nothing.

Problem with Cricthley falling on his sword is he'd mess around with it for quarter of an hour before finally having an attempt and going well wide! We could be there forever!

Yeah that's my main problem - in a way I hope we have a shocking end to the season which might prompt the Master Tactician's departure - not like we'll get in the Play Offs and so we might as well get something out of this season.
