We have to come up with better ways to incentivise fans. I've always thought once the season tickets have been sold they should do a scheme where you can 'save a seat' so you maybe have to buy 6 games and then if you've not bought that seat a week or so before a game it goes on general sale...

First I'd disagree we are a mid-table League One side - I would say lower Championship. A squad where the average wage is £6k a week should be having more success than we are and that comes down to Sadler and his cohorts. It's not working.
