The Summer Transfer Thread - Part 2.

No chance of getting 5M. There are very few Championship clubs with that sort of money. Birmingham and Wrexham are looking at sure fire signings rather than potential. Still think we need more pace and more goals added to what we've got. Don't get me wrong I think Apter can develop into a match...

    Matty Longstaff

You mean his brother who is a Premier League player?

    Offiah

I am surprised he has signed for them but you've got to admit that is a huge statement of intent. Offiah is the perfect player on the right side of three, he is still a bit raw but has all the physical attributes to be top end Championship player.

    Who remembers this guy?

He's the kind of left back we could do with now

    Goalkeeper signed Ravizzoli.

This probably rules out a move for Tyrer. Everton will want to take a look at him in pre-season and we can"t afford to wait. Hopefully we are looking at someone like Gabriel Breeze at Carlisle as a back up.

Ollie Casey to Bristol City on the cheap

I wouldn't be surprised to see him leave just hope we get a decent fee. There is no point keeping a player who has had his head turned. We could do with a left footed CH with a bit of pace.

    England vs Spain u21s.

Liam Delap was eligible for the U-21 but Chelsea decided they wanted him in the Club World Cup. Similarly Jobe Bellingham and Dortmund.

    Club World Cup

Americans are definitely turned off by scoreless games they just don't understand the concept of a 0-0 game. If you look at their main sports NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL there is always multiple scoring in each game and there is always a winner. Having said that soccer has gained in popularity...

    Anthony Evans

If the new manager doesn't rate him then he won't be playing many games. Bruce/agnew seem to have the knack of mending broken players like Fletcher and Carey. I seem to remember he had a decent left foot and has probably matured in the last six years

    A Fee For Baggott?

Dan Ballard has had injury problems throughout his career but managed to help Sunderland get promoted to the Premier League. If Bruce thinks he has the makings of a good CH then why not?

    Goodison Park.

These old stadiums are like Cathedrals so it would be a shame to knock it down. There are plans to convert Goodison to a museum and reduce the capacity for women's team. However, the new ground at Bramley Moore dock looks fantastic and should allow Everton to compete at the top level level again.

Do we have any photos/videos of work on the East ?

I know it is easy to spend other peoples money but a finished East Stand like that would transform the ground. With Back Henry St gone there is plenty of room to extend further east to have more usable space under the stand. From what I can gather the structural improvements will leave the...

The Summer Transfer - Thread Part 1.

"Gloucestershire Live understands there is a £250,000 buyout clause in his contract, which has one year left to run and that he is unlikely to sign an extension." Championship clubs interested apparently
