This a call out for REINFORCEMENTS.
You've probably read that a lot has been going on at Bloomfield Road over the summer: rail seating installed in the North, painting and pigeon netting in the South, a re-fitting of the East... which means a lot of muck and dust everywhere!

As a mark of respect following yesterday's tragic news, both teams will be wearing black armbands during today's game. The Club is also aware of a fan-led initiative for a minute's applause during the fourth minute and supporters are encouraged to take part in it.

That's certainly been discussed for some of the flags that are a bit the worse for wear and won't stand up to anymore wind etc. but I hope we'll see flags in the bowl of the stadium again.
B_G, there are only 5 of 6 flags not in a fit state to go back up (see comment #5 near the top of this thread) and I have them for safe-keeping at the moment. I will put up pics in due course so their owners can reclaim them.
