I still think Marv is our best defender. It would help if we didn’t piss about so much at the back putting players under pressure. As for Lavery, he’s not been the same since he did his hamstring against Blackburn, but as an impact player off the bench I still think he’s a useful asset.

I’d offer new contracts to Ekpiteta and Lavery - the rest can be thanked for their efforts and commitment and wished farewell.

Needs a total re-build. Once again we have had to rely heavily on loan players for any quality. Once they all bail out at the end of the season, we have a squad that with the exception of a couple of players is generally quite poor.
