It is either the National London based Labour party attacking its own Welsh Government over the awarding of the contract or The Labour controlled NHS in Wales not doing enough due diligence on the contract and not awarding it to the best company for the Job, Hancock does not come out of it well...

If anything it shows the incompetence of Labour there own government in Wales is responsible for the NHS there and awarded the contract so it is unlikely Cronyism came into it
