Rubbish, there’s always been a good bus connection between the station and the promenade to connect with the trams without the need to extend the tram line.

I don’t disagree the trams are popular with visitors as it’s a novelty and a sometimes nostalgic journey, and l have quite often seen trams drive through stops because they are full leaving queues on the platform. I just don’t get the line extension from Talbot Square to North Station and how...

Most visitors arriving at North Station have only thing on their minds jump in a taxi, get to the hotel, throw their bags into the room and go on the piss! This line extension is nothing but a complete waste of time and money and l fail to see how it benefits the town IMO!
