As someone very pro-Critchley since he came back, he's losing (not lost) me due to his complete intransigence over the 5-3-2 formation, particularly away from home. His versatility with formations, shape, and personnel first year was a huge plus for him. He's demonstrating none of that now...

This is criticism for criticism's sake. Byers signed less than 6 weeks ago and has started 6 of the 8 games in that period. Norburn started 5 of those 6.
