Personally prefer CJ over Gabriel if we are going to cause problems in attack particularly with Lavery up front…..

Completely agree with you. Gabriel has failed to cement his place as he offers very little attacking threat. If we played 4-4-2 it would suit his game better but CJ is a better option as wing back.

I was quite impressed with the physicality of Lawal in midfield for the cods and think he might bring some bulk to midfield alongside Byers.

Personally would be sorry to see him leave but it seems a minority view. Always feel safe having his pace in the team.

Beesley has managed to find the net which is rare for our forwards except Rhodes. Lavery is going backwards every time I see him. Joseph really needs a goal scoring coach.
