Ollie and Critchley

Interesting he said that he wishes he would have tightened up at the back when he was here .. probably his one big regret in the second half of the season that he didn’t edge out a few more draws rather than going for it in every game.
 
Dunno why Ollie felt the need to say that. It’s like he realised the players were coming out and he hadn’t mentioned them yet so found anyway to sneak it in last minute. He’s a rat
 
He knows how to play the media to keep relevant. The whole I love Karl stuff is just to keep him a bit controversial and offer a different angle to the normal views of that family.

I really don't know, but I believe the last straw for Ollie was not getting DJ back on loan due to Oyston's refusal to spend anything, yet he comes out with crap like that. Still it worked for us when he was here.

Yep. He produced the best footballing side I have seen in my lifetime as a pool fan and for that I will be forever greatful to him 👍🏻
 
Ollie had way better players than Critchley and he was the right manager for that bunch of players. I doubt if he'd have got any more out of the players last night than Critch did.
