Big game on Tuesday, knows silverware and a Wembley appearance could make a good season, with Rhodes presumably out he has to look after his strikers, who does he risk and how much does he want it. Thoughts?
I think he may go a much weaker team tomorrow as he has with all bsm games. Keep the Saturday squad for Stevenage would be my guess. But who knows with critchley lolBig game on Tuesday, knows silverware and a Wembley appearance could make a good season, with Rhodes presumably out he has to look after his strikers, who does he risk and how much does he want it. Will include Oakley boothe aswell I think he’s played in all of the bsm games as well as a few from the youth teamI also think he will go with the usual BSM team, to keep their cup run and team morale going
Might include Gabriel & Lavery at some stage for match sharpness.
Not sure I would risk Joseph in this game. Is Brad Holmes totally out of the picture now?I think in most games we have performed really well so it will probably be the usual changes. As much as I'd like Gabriel to play that would prob mean he isn't playing Saturday so I'd prefer him to not be in the team because of that as we need him on Saturday. Even so Pennington, Connolly, Dale, Carey, Virtue, Lyons, Lavery, Joseph. Still the make up of a solid team
Yes what happened to him? Hardly doing a Liverpool with our youngstersNot sure I would risk Joseph in this game. Is Brad Holmes totally out of the picture now?
He's been on loan at Southport all season. Not sure I would risk Joseph in this game. Is Brad Holmes totally out of the picture now?
Like the chess analogy - although I was becoming a tad 'board' with it by the end ...joseph and Lavery up top for me. Otherwise i will go for a two knight solid midfield eight pawns at the back keeping them pesky trotters out. rooks bombing down the flanks firing the ammo onto the queens nut. bishops will for a solid back two. King can get pissed bored betwen the sticks. its the Critchovic old boltonian reverse game from 1895.
He was class against Burton.I'd like to see what Dale could do in the Dembele position with licence to roam. I think he may surprise a few there.
That's good timing. I would definitely look at Holmes with Lavery up front with Kouassi from the bench.Dale had his best game for us in that free role he had v Burton in the EFL Trophy.
According to the Loan Watch article on the Club website Brad Holmes has now returned to Bloomfield Rd from his loan at Southport.
That won’t be far off with Kouassi off the benchO'Donnell
Pennington Casey Connolly
Gabriel Virtue Carey Dale Lyons (Oakley-Boothe if Dale injured)
Joseph Lavery
We don't speak about the youth round ereNo one ever mentions Jake Daniels - he was good enough two seasons ago at Derby, what's changed?
