Bit more money in the kitty

Sadler will be pleased by Critch’s Cup revenue this season - another £70k or so with ticket revenue and winnings etc.
Tin Pot Cup it may be but it is a nice little earner (as have been the Fa Cup and the brief appearance in the EFL cup).

It's not huge in football terms, but it all adds up and helps.

What do we get for the semis?

Also it's televised on sky I believe from here on it so there's decent money there too.

So, so far, we have...

160k plus gates and any matchday revenue, TTV passes.

Then the TV money from now.

Strange no semi final prize money
Yeah, unless I'm misunderstanding it...

You must get something, or is it because it's televised you get that?

Then for the final it's the money and again tv money...

If you win the semi and lose the final you get 50k

If you win the semi and win the final you get 100k
So a sixth of our monthly wage bill covered! And people moan at the chairman. Great night and the crowd who were there were superb but if that’s the level of crowd we’re getting I wouldn’t be bankrolling anything extra if the Fylde coast public don’t give a toss.

It's not just the Fylde Coast public who don't give a toss about this competition. Even if you get to the final it's just a day out.

Imagine what the crowd would have been if we had drawn Doncaster or Bradford instead of our big rivals Bolton!
