But both are over 6 foot. When Pennington plays and Ekpiteta doesn’t does that mean Pennington is our only defender over 6 foot?
Nothing Crichley has done suggest Casey and Pennington are not part of his long term plans.

Casey has recently signed a new 3 1/2 year contract with an option for a further 12 months.

Critchley has an inferiority complex about tall players, thats why he only signs little uns.🤣

Just my gut feeling why were we chasing Low then?

Just googled Casey is 6ft 1” thought he was 6ft so my bad he must have been in his boots when he was measured.
 
For his height I don't actually think Marv is as dominant in the air as he should be.
Just an observation but more headers seem to come off the top of his head rather than his forehead. Goals wise can only remember him scoring with his feet, at both ends.

Doubt we’ll see either of them this campaign anyway one is still getting over a serious ankle operation.

That’s if you think these two cost more than we got for Dougall and Dale, so you can take a simplistic look if you want, I reckon we made a net profit
 
We may or may not have made a profit comparing transfers in and out this Jan (it could easily be not) but I'm pretty sure we will have made a loss overall on Owen Dale. We paid half a million - what will we we have got for him? £200,000 tops?

We didn't pay half a million. I'm pretty sure the fee that was given at the time of the loan was then re-negotiated downwards to something like 250K.
