Tonight’s structured dialogue meeting….

Being serious; the definition of "membership" is going to be the key issue for some of this. If it's paid for, a sign up sheet or something more fluid, matters.

There should be an 'exiles' and 'overseas' category. Hybrid meetings make it possible.

And finally, supporters MUST be able to have interaction with the club at individuals when they need it.

They missed a bit off.

"The cyber squad...

The cyber squad is a selection of saddos and mad heads from each social media platform, these will be selected by an online vote, with a dance off to finalise proceedings.

The cyber squad work all year round moaning, putting the world to rights and will meet with club representatives once a year, where they can discuss, moan and also bat silly ideas around.

Future groups are in the early planning stage but initial thoughts are having a beer brigade, a pie panel, early leavers united, the blue haired with a mustache section and the 'forward' shouters society."

Seems a load of woke nonsense.
Certainly a big push on it in many areas of society. I wonder if it came from the same civil servant who apparently put the policies in place for the Premier league to monitor and ban fans, like the Newcastle fan.

However from a club communication point its good to have open discussions.

I mean I'm knocking on a bit now...

Is it from Sadler or the FA and part of a wider push for DEI etc across society.
Not sure, It could be from the FA inwnich case I apologise to SS, however if it is from the FA etc., it's just more interference in the game, on a different off the field way such as VAR and blue cards are starting to completely ruin the game we all used to love, they are making it very difficult to love at the moment, plus the above from me was really to get the Luker out from under his stone, it's good to yank his chain every now and again. 😂

There’s going to be someone’s ego bruised by the end of the night. So many conflicting groups cannot all be happy so one will be mightily pissed off.

There’ll be Twitter flounces at dawn!
Someone mentioned recently that it was “The same old booze sodden faces” at these meetings? By definition I think that makes me a member , so any details of where I can sign up so I can be present at the next one 👍

Helps get rid of those trouble making Muckers from the top table 🤔
Why......?
If the any of the Muckers 'top brass' can use a computer, they could set up a website for £15 and attach a membership plug in
They could easily get the required 20 - 100 to sign up for (say) £5,00 a season through stripe/PayPal
I bet they could get 300+ if they put a bit of effort in and could even offer T-shirts and merch to make a few quid....
Then hey presto.....they are the biggest supporter groups and are up there with the 'top brass' of the Blackpool Fat, bald over 50's angry brigade

You could even have a AVFTT supporters group........I vote Allez, 20's & Jaffa for the social committee.... 🤔

Surely the top brass are a minority and can apply under those terms in the first category.

The fan groups category should have the muckers group easily embedded in meetings surely given the size.

Hey how dare you get at the "FORWARD" shouters, oh & you forgot the "SHOOT-ERS" 🤬

If there was a criticism of the club so far it's a feeling of, at times, a bit of a disconnect, where things are decided by spreadsheets and data only, not the best pushing of games.

Although data must play a part, sometimes you have to read the situation, which may happen at times, but it hasn't always felt like it, which could be wrong.

Filling the stadium, growing the fanbase, we've never really hit a price that really resonates with the area. Or fully utilised clever deals other clubs do. We had those deals in the championship where certain games were less. Are they now gone? I don't think going back to managers which can always split opinions helps either.

Yeah, be interesting to see what the club state the criteria it's that to be announced to qualify.
BFC were pretty clear that they will not be using this as a means to exclude fan groups. Given the influence of MSG and the Knights let alone other informal fan groups, that makes total sense. We said so in the room and hope and expect this to be the case.

MSG also made a case for including the views of those who don't choose to be part of any group (not even the FSG). We also concurred with this view. No-one has a monopoly on good ideas to take this great club forward.

I did ask for clarification on the membership rules , it appears this is just a draft idea as only BST and maybe BSA would meet the criteria. Club reassured us that they aren't looking to exclude any groups that offer a large reach such as TK and MSG.

I dont see it can harm. The PR has not been the best (have we acknowledged relegation yet ??) …the last few years and if this can help … all the better 👍

On the surface, it’s a good idea, even though the usual, inclusive nonsense is there, surely old, white men should be included as well as bald men, blond women, pregnant women, cross dressers, pie experts, ets.

“Filling the stadium” that’s why they’re “building” a new stand with a lower capacity.

TKs and Muckers going to be now offering paid up membership schemes then….. that seems the criteria to me at the moment if your fan group wants a say?

I see an opportunity here. Just need to put my rainbow socks and tight vest on and I might get a chance to meet my hero Sadler.

That obviously good and sensible news.

The wording in the meeting was "at least" one per year but that would be a good start.
Two would be great . One per each half of the season.

However im happy with one as there arent any currently.

Some fans such as myself dont want to be part of any groups doesnt mean we dont want some engagement with the club.

An open forum is a really positive step forward.
