Interesting point. The Academy appeared to have been told to toe the party line but the U18s have deviated from that recently. The Dev Squad haven't played for quite some time. To a certain extent it depends on availability of players. The "1st team???" squad are rarely considered and there are several players out on loan to so there's usually a large proportion of U18s in the squad.
So in short I don't know.

No sign of any 1st team squad players (or the new signings). Wouldn't want Dobbie to impress.

2' - Zak Emmerson fires it towards the bottom corner after great pressing by Pool, but the keeper gets down well to tip it around the post.
7' - Great start by Pool as Dannen Francis makes his way into the box before being tackled well just as he was about to shoot.
22' - After winning the free-kick, Jack Moore curls the set piece round the wall but Matty Corran is there again to save the effort.
25' - Tyler Hill does brilliantly to clear a goal bound header off the line.
29' - Great delivery by Jack Moore but neither Jibran Ahmed or Zak Emmerson can finish it in the box.

2nd half.
47' - YESSSS!!!!!
Johnson Opawole taps home at the back post after Jibran Ahmed clipped the ball brilliantly to him from the left.
62' - Zak Emmerson volleys wide from the right hand side of the box.
63' - Pool go close again as Zak Emmerson flicks it around the corner to Jibran Ahmed but the winger fires his effort over the bar.
85' - Jibran Ahmed dances his way past a few players before curling an effort towards goal, but Matty Corran is there again to save for Wigan.
89' - Wigan level it late on.
