Boycott Bolton game

Until Critch goes .... We did it for the Oystons we can do it again.

Time to have some bollox.
Or we could support the team and do our best to win?

If we don't win games and end up failing that side will take care of itself.

The boycott was a unique thing, not based off losing a game or a manager not getting the most out of a group.

Daft post.

I want Critchley out as much as anyone but got Bolton tickets. Regretting it after tonight though.
I’m not boycotting but was going to get a couple more Saturday but after watching that shite tonight I won’t be bothering now.

Bolton will tear us a new arse hole just wait and see.

And they’ll be still some on here saying we can get a top 6 finish.

I will be making the 700 mile round trip as planned. However, won't be attending after that showing. Critchley and his misfits can do one!

IMO I think the percentage of people wanting him out will still be low even after tonight, i think the players didn't perform tonight but you have to hold your hand up and say the best team by a country mile

In my opinion that is severely under-estimating the anger. How can anyone watch that and think everything is fine. Yes they were good but that doesn't alter the fact it was chaos at the back with defenders not in sync and leaving so much space. It simply is not good enough.

We will probably play alright against notlob.
Still the inconsistency is baffling me
Critch has to go for it leave connally in the changing room and attack and defend as a team
Otherwise he is toast.

Absolute bollocks and nonsense. Support the team. Dont boycott because you don’t like a manager. Pathetic.

As if anyone’s going to boycott against Bolton anyway. Probs our most rival and derby like match this season.

I was out walking with a couple of Bolton fans yesterday. On Evatt there are many fans who think Evatt is to negative. On the players they are currently struggling with injuries specifically Santos (who may be back on Saturday), the goalie and Charles (who they think misses far too many chances). They don't seem to rate their team as highly as some on here do but they do have a winning habit.

The boycott which happened because of the Oystons was a unique action we were forced into because of the extreme circumstances we were in. It was so successful because it was such a difficult thing to decide to do and the problem was about a lot more than results on the pitch. To suggest we play the boycott card over poor results/manager is disrespectful to those who took such a stand for so long. Not the same situation at all.

Ridiculous opening post. Back the team, choose not to go (like me) but don't be brandishing the word boycott around just because we've a manager with no balls

You don't show your displeasure to a manager by boycotting a game it's inside the ground that counts.
Once fans turned against Grayson he was toast.

Yes the watch wasn't good and sometimes not often you have to hold your hand up and say we never turned up and we were beaten by a far better side than us in every department on the day.
Can't dwell on it move on look at why things didn't work out and why they did such a good job on us. End of
I sat in the ground last night surrounded by people and i never heard one Critchley comment, all the anger must be on here.

Obviously people lying then about lots coming from the West Stand. You only have to look on Social Media to know people have had enough. How can anyone watch that and think it's normal. It's not the actual defeat, it's the manner of it. It's absolutely schoolboy stuff. I can handle the other team being technically better but I can't accept defenders all over the place playing the offside trap more in hope that skill.

It's that bad, surely anyone with half a football brain can see it's not working and change is needed. You don't even need a full football brain like me.

I can only comment from where i was sat, i don't do all the social media stuff that's worse than being on here, to a point i get what your saying about the manner of it, we all see things differently but i was brought up to not dwell on previous games and only look forward and look at how you could of have done better. As i said sometimes you have to hold your hand up

No way should we boycott after what some went through during the boycott years to get this club back from the Oyscum, although I do think fans should make their feelings known to Critchley once we start losing at home. Bolton will be a massive test and we could drop below Leyton Orient by close of play on Saturday too.

So you want to boycott because our manager and team are mediocre!, absolutely fuckin hilarious. I will be in the North as usual on Saturday and if we get beat guess what I will be there again for the next game hoping for better because that is what a supporter does.
Don't you think BFC supporters have fought and suffered enough or do you get a vicarious thrill out of these actions?.

Your last sentence.....don't get cocky. Remember you predicted a 'guaranteed defeat ' at Peterborough.

I am not sure I did. I predict every game right, it's a special power or the just the predictable nature of life under Critchley. If you can find where I said guaranteed defeat, then I will acknowledge the error.

I'd rather they beat them (and played well) in the league last Sat than last night. I'm just glad they've got that out of their system. Roll on Notlob.

Peterborough were god against us earlier this season too. They have a clear way of playing, they sit fairly deep but they're aggressive in midfield and move the ball quickly. They always seem to have tall, powerful yet fast forwards. They recruit players to fit their system. Given that they play this way, why do we always seem to be surprised that they do? Why do we get tactically outplayed my a manager who's never gotten a side in the top half of the championship?
