Club Statement. Andy Holt. WOW check this one on the Acrrington Stanley website. Rubbish results and players Relegation . talking to other clubs without permission. relegated without kicking a ball. really strong statement from Andy holt . if this has been covered in another thread then apologies. Dont blame him in that respect . John Doolan takes the first team after the departure of the so called Scouse Mafia. .
 
Andy Holt mentions administration if a buyer is not found . He will not fund Accrington Stanley after this season.
 
AH is the owner, he pays the bills, therefore as with all club owners, he calls the tunes.
It reads like JC & JB, as the 'tails' tried to wag the 'dog' and that was never going to end well.
They're good coaches, so I hope they secure jobs with another club. As an old Lancashire club (who nurtured super Brett), I hope Accy survive and prosper.
 
if you have a look at the statement its quiet eye watering how much relegation cost Accrngton and the loss of revenue this season. He had every right to call out cole and bell . dont think cole and bell will see a training ground any time soon.

I notice how the owner blames the management team for relegation and details the financial loss. For balance that management team got them into the football league and to a level that they had no right to be at really in L1 , developing players for sell on fees that must have all generated money for them. It seems one bad season after over performing for many and they are hung out to dry.
No doubting that Holt has improved facilities there and moved the club forward if not increasing the fan base. I don't like him to be honest...too much about me and if it wasn't for me.
The statement he put out was embarrassing. It was like a Sunday league manager ranting. Too much information and probably a lot of it not the full story.
