Prem clubs monitoring Dembele

He’ll be cheap enough for a bigger club to take him without barring an eyelid, if he does well great, if not they’ll loan him out again. He’s young enough to develop into a top league player, he’s shown enough in that regard, give credit to Critchley, he’s got the most out of him as a manager so far.

In so far as he's been given a run of games for the first time in his career to date.
What he needs now is to move on to a club where top class coaching can bring the best out of him at the higher level.
 
He's only 21, so he's got time to make it to the PL, but I think he would benefit by a step up to the Championship first.
He looked good against Forest in the cup (apart from that miss of course).
Just needs a little consistency, and he'd be Championship standard already

Alan Ball won the World Cup at the age of 21 whilst playing for us. If you are good enough you are old enough!
 
Don't think he's near the level of the Prem yet, but they could be signing him based on his potential and they'll loan him out to a Championship club.
 
Does Critch get any credit for developing him this season as he was in nowhere land when he first arrived?
Just asking for a friend 🤔
 
My gut feeling having read the same reports is that he has a great agent
Good thinking to start the rumours now ,nice and early.
He obviously thinks we have no chance of the play offs or he would have been promoting him when we were playing in them
