Heavyweight duo Clarke and Wardley will meet for the British and Commonwealth titles at the O2 Arena in London on March 31, with Easter Sunday set to play stage to a bumper card. Viewers can tune in from 6pm on Sky Sports Action and from 7pm on Sky Sports Main Event.

City v Arsenal then this.

Easter Sunday magic.

Lets go.

Sunday is supposed to be a better day weather wise so I don’t think we’ll be spending much time inside the caravan watching football or anything else. Will probably make an exception on Friday but that’s it.

Really can't believe we still allow two blokes to hit each other in the name of sport in 2024
Neanderthals
So females don't hit each other?
Women's boxing is bigger than ever same with MMA.

Plenty of dangerous sports the ones involving vehicles for a start, surfing, horse riding etc.
Or do we ban everything?

Definitely ban surfing horse riding, animal cruelty and very dangerous for the rider, makes boxing look like tiddlywinks

Three blokes from my gym arre in a bare knuckle fighting competition on Saturday BKB. You should see their faces afterwards even when they have won 😱

Some of the womens boxing is as good as the mens and the same applies to the UFC .
Add football to that where guys kick lumps out of each other for 90 plus minutes and suffer injuries even in training…. The best 3 sports for me.
Neanderthals to me are the ** SCUM who hunt wild Foxes and Stags for ‘fun’ which includes gamekeepers having ‘bagged’ Foxes that had been previously trapped and dug out of their dens, bagged often for days and then their feet pads cut badly, before being released on the edge of woodland and open fields, just as the 20 - 30 hounds are heading their way. The ‘hunters’ on horseback arrive just in time to see the hounds tearing the tortured Fox to shreds and toot wildly on their pathetic horns, getting all excited? Fukin weirdos. And their hired ‘hunt support’ usually from the travelling community and ‘known’ thugs are doing all they can, including blocking roads and using hammers and bats to attack the brave hunt sabs and prevent them from offering the only protection and chance of life that the Fox may have. And Stags are literally chased to exhaustion by fresh hounds that are rotated, as are the horses, many of which end up lane due to riding and charging up and down country lanes and hard tracks. I’ll spare you the horrid details.
Real Fukin Neanderthals!!!
You snowflake!

Will watch the Pool match at Derby on TTV, but other than that, it is family time for the wife and I this Easter. We will be visiting my daughter and her husband, and their dog Jasper, in Prestwich. On Saturday, we will be walking around Heaton Park and then visiting an Italian restaurant. Sunday, a visit to Dunham Massey, to Altrincham and then evening meal at my daughter's house. Monday will be a visit to Chester Zoo (my wife loves giraffes), where we used to go over 35 years ago, when we lived in Sale.
And, if you live in Spalding, you can even enjoy a 'Gesture' egg rather than Easter egg!
Whatever you are doing, I hope you all have a good Easter, and that the Pool get 6 points.

That’s a hectic Easter schedule, enjoy.
Sunday for me will be a couple of beers in town. Back home for City v Arsenal and a Sunday roast dinner.
Then the boxing, great day.

The sports you mention might be dangerous and you could get hurt, but boxing someone IS supposed to get hurt.
