How to beat Blackpool

Pick a suitable formation that will outmanoeuvre a 3-5-2/3-4-3.
Play with attacking intent and score a goal.
Sit back and hold your shape and let Blackpool pass it around slowly in their own half.
If the little fella has the ball foul him before he can do any damage.
Occasionally hit on the counter when needed.
Game over.

That sounds about right, but doesn’t really account for our home form.
I guess it just comes down mostly to who gets the first goal.

I can't understand why he doesn't set the team up to play away as we do at home. It can't be any worse than it is at present. Is he dumb or summat

Simon: “Now my business isn’t doing as well as it was right now, and then there is the training ground and the East Stand to sort out. So in those four years we don’t want to risk promotion or the play offs as we really can’t afford it, but we don’t want to piss the fans off too much.

Simon “And also to piss less people off can you win our home games and not our away games?
Our market research shows that a lot of away fans will turn up anyway whatever is going on, and many of them even prefer it when we lose and don’t play very well.
Home team also gets the money”

Critch “Yes boss, I’m on it”.
