Reading - MORE TICKETS ALLOCATED

We better get more. If we don't the decision to sell to any season ticket holder is outrageous
We have been to nearly every away game this season and now have to sweat on Readings decision to award more or not.

You've had plenty of time to get one. They still had some before the game today.

Itโ€™s a massive ground, itโ€™s a 12.30 K/O anyone travelling needs to book as trains are impractical, overnight stays are expensive,so if they want to make some money, confirm more tix nowโ€ฆ..orโ€ฆ..coaches can not be organised. ๐ŸšŒ๐Ÿงก๐ŸŠ

Do yourself a favour and book a hotel in Newbury, far nicer and far cheaper than Reading. If the sun is shining there are few nicer pubs than the Lock, Stock & Barrel.

We all know Reading is the most boring town in the country, so if anyone is considering making a weekend of it, Pangbourne, just outside is very nice indeed.
I used to do security patrols in Reading in the early 80s during "the troubles" when I was in the Army. Horrible town (city?) Unpleasant, snobby locals who had an inherent dislike of northerners. I went to a couple of gigs there too whilst off duty. They weren't so willing to dish out the shit when you didn't have the constraints of the uniform and having to stay professional. Never liked the place or the people. Would be nice to go down there with a big following and putting them in their place!

Agree with that.

I am visting the Royal Yacht Britannia in Edinburgh that day, so will have to check updates on my phone, or ask them to use the Sky red button in the monarch's cabin.

The Royals are apparently making next Saturday 'Spain Day' in honour of their coach Selles ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ฆ

There is a Fanzone outside the John Madejski stand which is also open to away fans, I am reliably informed.

Hopefully the club will put on as many coaches as required , not just filling one or two and then saying thatโ€™s it . Just checked trains from North station . From ยฃ276 return with 3 changes !
The club are shocking when it comes to away match coaches and they miss a great opportunity to get as many fans as possible off the road and onto coaches, Iโ€™ve messaged the SLO on this some 2 years ago and nothings happened. If we are expecting anything between 1000 - 2000 on Saturday and although we have many exiles, how are they all getting to Reading? Apart from the club coach and the BSA coaches Iโ€™m not aware of any others, perhaps the Armfield may put one on๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

The more we can take to get behind the players, the better. Hopefully the club and others who often sort travel will be able to help by laying on extra coaches. Maybe car sharing or filling spare seats is an option also? Trains to Reading are pretty crap from the North West, not to mention the stadium being in the middle of nowhere. On the up side it is a nice stadium which should generate plenty of noise from the away end.

We've been given another allocation, hence why tickets are available again. As has been said, we can have as many as we need, up to 4500, so no need to panic. ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŠ

I am fortunate enough to have a prior arrangement on Saturday evening so I won't be one of a possible 4,500 with a disappointing journey home, but good luck to you all if the stars align ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜‹
