They’re not happy at Dumpdale

They should go for Appleton.

Four at the back, no defensive midfielder's and plenty of goals.

Admittedly there’s a high chance of getting dicked week in week out but it’ll be free flowing.

They’ve had a relatively good season, hadn’t they won in it in September or something? Another mid table finish as others have said is a good return for the size of their club, I had them down as relegation candidates. Suppose it must be boring being a Knobber.

Our season in the Prem gave them unrealistic expectations of smaller clubs making the cut. I hate saying it but they seem a well run club who live within their means,10th in the Championship with a game to go,never had a sniff of relegation trouble,I would be comfortable with that if I had the misfortune to support them.

Me too

Stable-ish Championship club is where we want to be.

Speak to a Preston fan at work , fans are mainly against the dull football their manager plays and many are saying they won't renew season tickets unless they change style or manager.

Sounds very familiar to be honest

16 points in their 1st 6 games (2.66 pts per game)
47 points in their next 39 games (1.20 pts per game)
Tells you all you need to know - came out of the gates on full power and ran out of energy by end of September!

What they're moaning about is replicated by a lot on here about they're own club. It's OTT and a lot of it is unfair .

They don't live within their means.

They made a 12million loss last year, and a 16million loss the year before.

The Hemmings family have said the club is for sale but have had zero serious offers as the club is a basket case. As it is they keep loaning the club money presumable to hide this fact as they try to tempt a buyer.

To a family worth billions £12 million is nothing on a yearly basis

RYAN LOWER DIVISION. the PL promotion plan will still be in place in 2124 . PRICELESS.
I laughed watching Leicester and the commentators rubbing the knobber's noses in it about being in the championship a select club that hasn't been in the prem.

They then pointed out I was 1 year old(they didn't) the last time they were in the top division 😋

I am 64 in a couple of months😁😁😁😁

Yeah but when the old boy passed away, no-one wanted to take on his pet project. They'll be wanting rid ASAP, the loans amount to 100m apparently.
Craig Hemmings is quite happy from what I have been told from 2 people who are quite high up on the first team staff

brilliant stuff. LOL . 65 in January 2025.

Had them down for relegation this season myself.really not sure what they’re expecting tbh.
I keep hoping they get off to a slow start. If they had a shocking first month or so, I can see them imploding. Their debts are eye watering in the Championship, imagine the state they'd be in losing another £7M in L1.

They owe the owners millions. Nowhere near living within their means.

Final game at West Brom who need a win - hopefully a good defeat which would leave them a good 12 points off the Play offs and in turn about 12 points off the bottom 3. That's only 4 games. Would love one of these seasons to see them have a bad start and implode!

They are laughable North End fans and soon lose patience with Lowe, call him a useless scouse car salesman then win a few games and it’s all forgotten about.

I think for what they are up against financially and clearly aren’t the richest club to be finishing mid table and coming close to the play offs at one point they should be grateful and glad they aren’t in Blackburns position for example.

Ridsdale out, need new owners, glad Brown the captain is leaving, not going again while Lowe is in charge. At least most of us only moan about the snake 👊👊😂
Lowe kept “Dead End”up in The Championship”so did “The Snake” as you obsessively dub him Pal 🥱

Live within their means? They are losing about £15m a year. That, together with their accumulated debt, is why they are for sale.
