Trust me from someone who works outside not a chance we'll have 40mph wind on Saturday that will be the potential gusts two separate entities.Hard to believe a few years ago 40mph winds at Blackpool would have had the game postponed!
Or just hoof it up to Madine if the wind is behind him.Keep the ball on the floor, quick sharp passing and take plenty of pot shots no problem.
Yep, not fussy as long as we winOr just hoof it up to Madine if the wind is behind him.
Might give this one a miss then.Non-stop torrential rain from 3pm in Blackpool with 40mph winds!!
I've built a terrace in the back garden to get that match day atmosphere. Out there rain or shineMight give this one a miss then.

all you need to do is move to Plumstead, get the game on somehow and all is good.

Good stuff. Wonder how much of Raikes is there in people's back gardens?Peel Park life
Archaeologists rarely take an interest in old football grounds but Peel Park, the former home of Accrington Stanley, has proved to be quite a treasurewww.wsc.co.uk
I would ** love to do an archeological dig on a football ground. Met a guy who'd done one at the Bradford PA ground.
I'm not sure there's any actual terracing there but I think there's still banking at one end though which is now covered in earth but retains the essential shape.
Fascinating that above...

Interesting use of the phrase starting to decay. Bloomfield Rd started to decay from around 1975 but remained in use for another 25 years
The Twitter handle for this Paul Groundtastic is fascinating.
This a.m. the forecast was for winds of up to 70 mph in parts of NW England, although we should get away with less.Trust me from someone who works outside not a chance we'll have 40mph wind on Saturday that will be the potential gusts two separate entities.
Forecast is for 23mph and up to 30 is just stiff breeze on the Gold Coast.
