Interesting one this. There are so many .. obvs "53 Cup Final .. but for me probably Liverpool away. Never been to Anfield .. although think the game would have sent me to an early grave!

Forest away definitely ! Instead though I was running the Walkabout in Lincoln that night and bar was rammed with Forest fans... hell of a night. They were good sports tbf. I ended up more pissed than I’d ever been after winning about 50 drinks in bets !

Forest away and Micky Walsh Goal of the Season at home. For the latter, I was trying, unsuccessfully, to beguile some bird down the Chuckwagon.

I was fortunate to be at Swansea and Leicester away in important league games, but to be at that Forest away game would have been something else.

I had it second best, watched it with Jeff Stelling in Manchester, well he was in the same bar 😂

forest away, Deepdale.

Not going for the FA Cup, as I would have to be a lot older than I am to have watched that!

Forest away ..........was away working in Norway , watched it in a bar. Couldn't believe what I was seeing

Seeing as I was at Wembley Cardiff for play off final, been to Liverpool (lost 1-0) many years ago.
Wembley for '53 FA Cup Final.
I would like to have been at that fantastic Nottingham v BFC for the Semi play-off.
I've watched it so many times, but it just seems like a different game each time.

53 Cup Final would have been great to see us win a major honour ,mind you we are the League Champions from 1939 for 6 years. 😂

Bologna in Anglo-Italian cup. Would also have liked to do some of those Latvian pre-season games but was living in US at the time

Forest away.

And I've got something to confess... I'd never even watched the highlights until tonight... but I watched the whole game. Mainly cos so many of you mentioned it.

I was working on the night of the game and couldn't get out of it. Once I saw the goals coming in I was actually gutted I didn't just quit my job to go! Always held a tad of resentment that I wasnt there and focus on making it to the final... which i did. Still the best day of my life so don't regret that!

I’d have liked to see us at Wembley under Bowyer if it wasn’t for the verminous scum that owned us and prevented such things

Anglo - Italian for me. But unfortunately still a little child. My father went and was couple of days late home for work. Ici never a crap in them days so somebody clocked him in.

Living in Australia, for me, the obvious one - the play-off against Cardiff. Although I watched every second live at home it must have been incredible to be there...
It was... maybe you can take comfort in knowing there were thousands of fellow pool fans willing the team on. I'm sure you were with us in spirit.

Went to the forest game and Anfield in the Prem along with Swansea away and the Yeovil and Cardiff POFs. Would loved to have gone to the Torquay and Scunthorpe finals. Also, PNE (1970) and Bologna although both before my time.

I'm not surprised he was a couple of days late after that . Wonder if he was with us that evening in Rimini? I might know him .That night was simply the best I've ever experienced after a game .
