Ludo

Just looked at his stats and he only played 8 premier league games. Time plays tricks with your mind but thought he played more often than that. Suppose it shows what a good midfield we had in Adam, Vaughan, Grandin, GTF etc as I always thought Ludo was a class player.

Saw him and Grandin in Lytham McDonalds one evening powering through about £25 worth of food between them!!
 
Decent player, was probably too good technically for us in the Championship and playing on our cabbage patch pitch definitely didn't suit him.
 
Great interview. One of my favourite players, calmness personified on the ball. His English is not bad either!
 
I thought he single-handedly kept us in the Championship in 2012/13 season with some crucial goals on the run in and some outstanding performances. I recall thinking to myself typical Koko as he was allowed to leave on a free at the end of the season with apparently little done to keep him at the club he had played so well for.
 
I loved our midfield that Championship season (11/12), I used to refer to it to my mate as the "continental 3" when we'd have Slyvestre, Martinez and Grandin playing all at once. Barry Ferguson tempered our midfield getting too continental most of the season, the "continental 3" was something we were treated to every now and again though!

Probably the greatest chant for a Blackpool player I reckon, one that I sung wrong the entire time I found out recently.

A class player. If we had him now we'd be top of the league.

This! That was probably the most competent BFC team I've seen in my life watching.
 
The sort of player a bit like Harewood that it's easy to forget - solid player but rarely on the 'why is he not playing' list. Good interview.
