Mitchell had a really good first touch tonight when he came one, ran well with the ball but needs that final decision to be better. I suppose if it was he wouldn't be playing in league one, but he looked like he wanted to stake his claim for a starting place. I think now that the unbeaten run has ended, Critchley may be more inclined to change things up a bit. He's done the right think keeping largely the same side while we've been on a good run, although it has mostly been forced upon him. But why not now use Robson and Mitchell a bit more.

Same for Holmes what’s the fecking point putting him on with 3 minutes to go. 🤬

Our substitutions at times are just baffling.
 
Mitchell and Gabriel completely changed the dynamic of the team when they came on. 2 outstanding prospects who deserve more game time in these positions, especially with left foot on the left and right foot on the right. These 2 have the potential and should be what BFC is all about. Gabriel should be a priority signing. This is no disrespect to Turton who for me has been our most consistent player
 
Critch said in his post match that he felt delighted for Holmes coming on and making his debut.
Pity he didn't have 25 or so minutes to REALLY make his debut.
Fresh legs and an eye for goal. Cometh the hour cometh the man and all that. Let's face it, it wasn't like anyone out there was exactly doing the business tonight
