Fans serenade players and manager

He needs this to feel he belongs and he deserves it too.
He’s had none of the crowd support and engagement a new manager would usually get due to Covid restrictions and that must have been really hard for a new manager at any club, let alone a manger totally new to the role.
Yeah must be tough, still annoyed fans aren't allowed in in some numbers now, never mind playoffs.

We had the ridiculous at Northampton on sat, people allowed outside and on the funfair but no one allowed to sit in a football stadium, still outside, spaced apart.

If we got as far as Wembley 10k each minimum could be spread through each side easily.

Lovely to see this! It’s making me really look forward to hopefully getting inside Bloomfield Road for the play-offs!! 🧡

Blimey I’ve gone all 😪 sorta girly! Oh no didn’t mean to offend any girls, er, or any other erm… what d’ya call them, er, cripes I’m 69 you see, old that is not in a sex position, different times and that.” We love you Jerry we do oh! Jerry we love you!” Just in a sort of admirable way, not like a front bottomly way or anything! Good Night
, we’re in the playoffs! in a footy situation that is not a …………

Spot on Lala - critch patting the badge, Jerry dancing around like the Duracell bunny- loving it, I reckon they know how we feel, amazing season whatever happens but I’ve got a very good feeling

Sorry but not a fan of this. Acting like we’ve won promotion or got to Wembley is a bit presumptuous. Fair enough, go out and acknowledge the covid breakers but let’s not get carried away. There is work to be done.

Conversely maybe it gives the players confidence and belief that we can do this and shows them what a great club and supporters we have...

I can’t stop watching both clips again this morning.
It’s been too easy to forget the joy, emotions and passions of fans at the ground on a match day. What a strange 14 months 🥴
Blackpool are back !
My youngest has them on repeat!

I think we all need to reflect on the fact the last time we had supporters creating noise outside the ground like that, we were demonstrating and trying to remove the previous owners for stripping assets from the cub.

There is a reason why this matters more to us than most.

The players, the staff, the management and the ownership deserve that and so do we.

** hell the team have seen practically zero supporters all season (bar a subdued swindon home game) let them enjoy knowing we are behind them

I disagree. The players have been starved of live support and the fan factor for so long. And a lot of our players have never known a Blackpool fan reaction to them.
I think it was an amazing boost to carry them forward 👍

Wow that brought a tear to my eye!!!

I love this club and not being able to attend matches has been painful, seeing the players and the manager enjoy the chanting and the support brings back why I cant wait to be back in the ground.

Don't think anyone is acting as if we've won anything. It is very, very common to celebrate securing the play-offs:
