Most of the lefties on here are now very comfortable in life having been chief beneficiaries of the righty system, it’s so long since they were at correction camp, sorry Uni, coming on here makes them feel revolutionary and relevant again 😁( hopefully this will have put a bit of pace back into the pitch for you Blood.... although I’m now on a very sticky wicket 🤣)

Are you saying that all the righties went to the University of Life, or somesuch?

Isn't that a euphemism for being thick? 😉

After all, if you can't get into Uni when 'they're giving O and A levels away, you get them for just turning up and signing your name', then what does that make you?

Proves my original point Wiz…..it’s leftie v righty and it goes round and round and round. I choose to spend little time on it because like you and the rest I am impotent but for my vote and in a lot of cases that is a waste of time too depending on constituency.

Uncharacteristically slow knock from blood, but that just shows his versatility.

The relentless left vs right paradigm is just a sign of political failings on a larger scale. We should have the imagination to do better than bait each other from fixed positions but then, that's literally what happens daily in the House of Commons.

Politics gets all entangled in the act of winning the argument that we often forget to actually have a proper debate.

You missed the news old boy?

I retired 2 years ago undefeated

It was always very easy for me so I can claim no great achievement. I guess you could simply say I was the most gifted Batsman of my generation….or even all generations

I apologise.

I'm not debating your previous greatness but I was unaware of your retirement and to be honest I actually thought this thread was an attempt to restore former glory.

It's not the same on here anymore, wishing you a long and happy retirement.
