Anybody else having issues with this? Can't link my client ref and many of the links to pages don't work with 404 and 500 errors. Looks like this has gone live without any user testing, unless of course its just me???

I set it up yesterday then went to ticket office and I was 1406 in the queue. Not tried today.
 
Not a great time for the ticketing system to be throwing errors - as we are about to launch the season ticket sales

Link doesn’t always appear if using phone and should be ok on laptop. Tried my iPhone, no joy, then fine on laptop.
 
I have linked my client reference.
However shouldn't you be able to link with someone else's client reference so that when buying away tickets both people have purchasing history?
 
Try with a different browser.

Registered OK for me but blipped a few times when trying to get at the 'link account' option using Firefox...
clicked 'Manage Account' but spinning when it hit the sso.blackpoolfc.co.uk page

Tried Chrome and worked first time. Once I'd linked account, Firefox also seemed to start behaving itself.
 
Had to set my account up again. I got locked on a verification screen following me getting the link in the email. Just gone back in now and all seems fine and have updated with my client ref etc. Suggests there might not have been enough volume testing done to cope with quite a few people trying to do the same thing at the same time.
 
I set mine up & linked to my customer reference, but then the ticket site is in operative.

My son registered but can’t link his reference, just says unable to verify user identity.

@SLO_BFC can you feedback please, because the problems are widespread, yet there is nothing on the website to explain that the website is experiencing issues. Ahead of the renewal date this needs sorting or at least an acknowledgment that issues are being fixed.

Re register and you should not have a problem. Your client ref should be retained…
 
Worked all fine for me, apart from initially when logging in the screen didn't change but had logged me in still.

Now, after updating my password manager, its all set up to sign me in no matter the page I'm on. Bfc, ticket or the seasiders sign on pages. Shop is also logged in too already when signed in.

They sign you in through seasiders sign on page, but for the password manager I had to update the password for the bfc page login in the corner as that's a different page and had my old password still saved.

So no issue at all, just had to update the password.

One issue I have seen is I tried the video player and it played fine but the buttons for putting it full screen or pausing it etc didn't appear, they disappeared below quickly and you cant get it back.

I will try again, but am sure they'll sort that.

All in all good to just log in easily with 1 password, although mine came up automatically anyway.
 
All sorted. Dead easy. Great not to have to keep putting email and passwords in across the sites. Great job!
Have you tried videos on the new site and the same issues I mentioned above?

Can't pause or put full screen as the buttons vanish and can't bring them back?

Ticket site hasn’t changed as far as I can make out.

Anyone linked is still linked or ours was, should be able to add as normal.
 
I signed up for the Single Sign On but it doesn't recognise me and asks me to reset my password via the link in a verification email they have sent to me - but no such email arrives. I've checked Spam.

Maybe they've cancelled me for moaning about ticket prices?
 
Doesn't recognise my existing client registered number which is a bit of a shame!

Edited to add: I removed the first zero and it worked!
