The ticket sales for Weller have been shocking......He could have done the concert in Lowther pavillion.......and still had room!!!

I think this years 2 weeks will be the breaking point.....
Hopefully nobody will throw a bike at the promoter, or threaten to punch his head in again.....but I can see the locals kicking off big time.....

The Mrs wanted tickets for multiple days including Pimply Fred, so I’ve booked us to go to Santorini that week instead!
Probably saved a few quid too….

Duran Duran for me as taking the wife none of it is my bag hope it's a success but going for 2 weeks maybe a bit too much when there are events all over this summer you can get to in less than two hours.

I think £25 is a good price for any festival/concert. Unfortunately I've already paid full price for Elbow and Richard Hawley.

It's actually too cheap and just trying to help towards paying the artist.
I think they've boobed having so much on this year would have been better doing their 3/4 day event this is overload hence why they are doing cheap tickets with over a month to go!

I think alot of people got shafted with the Lionel Ritchie night..... He cancelled all gigs in Europe and they replaced him with nile Rodgers

They wouldn't give punters a refund as they claimed it was a festival and he was only one of the artists on the bill

Loads of complaints on Facebook and lytham festival wouldn't even reply

When it was 70 quid a ticket I would be miffed as well

Got tickets for tears for fears though

Each to their own granted, barring Weller, The Charlatans and Elbow. The rest I’d shut my windows and curtains if they were playing in my garden!

Paul Weller - jeez. Who’d pay money for that old muso.

That’s because his set list will be songs you’ve never heard before full of jazzy guitar solos. It was painful when I saw him at the Winter Gardens. Avoid

£25 for 3 nights?

I’ve never been, so may be a daft question but - do they only have 4 bands on for the whole of Sunday?

Gates don't open till 5pm so it's not really like a festival more a Football ground etc event so you'd be hard pressed to get more than four acts in by half ten.

Lottery Winners and Nia Wyn.

Is that Karl Crompton followed by some one who got four numbers and was one number out on the other two??
