Absolutely Tragic
It’s not a wobbly voice…it’s no voice at all…….it’s quite sad tbh and I feel sorry for herShe's 78, the music is brilliant and the crowd are bangin and really enjoying her. I can forgive a wobbly voice.
Each to their own Blood. It’s not a wobbly voice…it’s no voice at all…….it’s quite sad tbh and I feel sorry for her
Blood has a point, but I certainly echo your sentiment SkaIt’s like Macca last night and I loved his set. His voice and Diana’s have seen better days but I‘m glad they’re still here and making us (some of us that is) feel good, nostalgic and happy.
I’m not trying to score points. I don’t need the crowd on my side mateEach to their own Blood.
Not sure the crowd have the same sentiment though.
I put exactly the same on the Glastonbury thread Blood.Absolutely Tragic
No red button available palYou have a red button, watch something at Glastonbury that isn't Diana Ross, I know I would.
I don‘t disagree with Blood, I just choose to see past the voice, take it for what it is and enjoy it. This tour and Glastonbury slot were booked around 4 years ago and I suspect she may have been in a bit of a better place then.Blood has a point, but I certainly echo your sentiment Ska
I hope your missus takes her ear plugs for that appearance EI put exactly the same on the Glastonbury thread Blood.
Suddick must have a different telly than us ‘cos he thinks the music is good.
I also mentioned on the Glastonbury thread that my missus is going to watch her at Lytham on Tuesday night; I just hope she has some good supporting acts
And good supporting singers to sing the songs for her!I put exactly the same on the Glastonbury thread Blood.

My singing voice is awful but that’s irrelevant to Diana‘s car crash*You won't feel so sorry when you see her pay cheque for tonight Blood.
Anyway, I bet your singing wasn't so good when you were her age
I get that pal. You’re right but I can’t enjoy this, it makes me feel a bit sad tbh
Good bandAnyway, who‘s up for The Pet Shop Boys?
Unlucky mate.No red button available pal
I’m looking forward to it. Good way to finish the festivalGood band
Bergerac or the intense film set in Scandinavia?I read some of these funny posts out loud to my missus. So having liked Diana in her youth, she turned the telly over (mid way through Midsomer!) to watch her. After 3 minutes she said "she's making my ears bleed" & turned back to Midsomer
Kendrick Lamar is finishing it I thinkI’m looking forward to it. Good way to finish the festival
Well that’s finished for me. The Pet Shop Boys are on some other stage. Red button for meKendrick Lamar is finishing it I think
Watched them earlier . Guy Garvey reminds me of blokes in my local WetherspoonsMs Ross disappeared sharpish. Never mind, Elbow is a top live band. This will be better.
Not a bad thing, difference is he is a talented musician and Mercury prize winner. They are blokes in a pub so all credit to him for being grounded.Watched them earlier . Guy Garvey reminds me of blokes in my local Wetherspoons
Bored me stupid by second track so turned overMs Ross disappeared sharpish. Never mind, Elbow is a top live band. This will be better.
One of Compton’s finest next mind Blood. It’s a White middle class, middle aged festival from what I can see and what I’ve read
surely it should be for the younger crowd to enjoy but guess they are priced out to an extent plus with acts on like McCartney and Ross why would they be interested

Old skool hip hop, still enjoy it.I liked Public Enemy too many years back ……don’t believe the hype
I was well, well into the Beastie Boys who, despite some thinking were a joke act, ended up well respected throughout the whole industry….forOld skool hip hop, still enjoy it.
