I should say I was initially charged 3 times, so got 2 lots of 4.99 back today.

Some got hit 5 times.

It was just a matter of them processing it, case by case I guess.

Hopefully everyone is sorted now or soon.

Did you have to ask ?
I got mine maybe two weeks ago but I did email and chase up
Just wondering if all will get the refund or only the ones who ask
