The Norburn experiment hasn't worked and one of my concerns for next season is that Critchley will persist with him and we're back to square one. Why it needs a shake up in the management team whether that be Critchley or his two hoppos.

Adam set his team up better than Critchley, made the game more enjoyable and the only difference was we just had a bit more quality. Already his style of play interests me a lot more than Critchley’s.
