Remember reading a few punditry comments this season that it was unfair to say that Evans sides were bullies playing unattractive football as they said they got the ball down and played some decent football. I wonder if he just has that reputation and as fans we can't see past that?

Stevenage v Barnsley looks tasty tonight - I'd say old Fat Boy's chance of getting a Play Off place will be over if they win tonight. And at one point I thought they were guaranteed 6th place.

What was that from @65 & Counting - it's absolutely spot on. You cannot wait until the 42nd league game of the season to be trying out your best up front partnership. You could see those two were clueless as to how to play with the other.

Enjoyed the summary but the line that stuck out for me was ... I really did not get in January what we were doing in the window but had we had got just a couple of players capable of going straight in to the first team then we might be looking at a different scenario.

There lies the problem. No amount of glossy merchandising or publicity will take away from the fact this season has been so dull! With our tendency not to bother with the transfer market until August, it's difficult to see what the PR people can say!

I thought the back three did OK to be fairness - probably would have given it to Grimmy for making the save that kept us in the game!
